Returns & Exchanges

At Dé Rococo, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your purchase is not quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original invoice.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
